Physicist Mit[s]uo Taketani's paper (I've seen his name with & without the "s"):

Hegel is mentioned on p. 29 and the Hegelian concept of aufgehoben ("sublated") appears on p. 33 and elsewhere.
Taketani wrote a book called Problems in Dialectics (弁証法の諸問題) (1968), which has not been translated.
