I found this paper in the journal of Soviet Studies in Philosophy that looks interesting, but unfortunately it can only be accessed through Taylor&Francis, as far as I can tell:

"The Concept of Dialectical Contradictions in Quantum Physics"
by M.E. Omel'ianovskii

ABSTRACT
Contemporary physicists, in creating theories adequate to nature's patterns of movement and development, speak the language of dialectics whether willingly or unwillingly. Even those whose personal outlook is at variance with dialectical philosophy acknowledge this in their own way. Thus Heisenberg states that inquiry into the foundations of the quantum theory, especially as carried out by Bohr, has features reminiscent of Hegelian philosophy. And, to quote Pauli, "dialectics is that mutual game of two opponents which is typical of the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics." Bohr himself, while discussing the quantum theory, speaks of "profoundly true statements the opposites of which likewise contain deep verities."

I found this entry on the author in the The Great Soviet Encyclopedia:

Soviet philosopher. Corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (1968) and academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR (1948). Member of the CPSU since 1938.

In 1931, Omel’ianovskii graduated from the Institute of the Red Professors, where he studied philosophy and natural science. From 1931 to 1944 he headed the Subdepartment of Dialectical Materialism (Marxism-Leninism) of the Voronezh Institute of Chemical Engineering. He was senior scientific worker at the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (1944–46) and director (1946–52) and head (1952–55) of the Dept. of the Philosophy of Natural Science of the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR. From 1955 to 1965, Omel’ianovskii served as deputy director of the Dept. of Philosophical Problems in Natural Science of the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR; he has been head of the department since 1965. In 1959 he became vice-chairman of the Scientific Council on Philosophical Problems in Contemporary Natural Science under the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR.

Omel’ianovskii studies problems of dialectical materialism and philosophical problems in natural science. His research deals primarily with philosophical problems in modern physics. Omel’ianovskii is one of the authors and the editor of a number of books in the series Dialectical Materialism and Contemporary Natural Science. He has received the Order of Lenin and a number of medals.
