Happy 250th Birthday, Ludwig van Beethoven!
While there's no known personal connection between Hegel & Beethoven, both were born in 1770, and both are receiving a lot of attention on their 250th anniversaries.
I came across this recent thesis that puts forth a Hegelian interpretation of Beethoven, specifically the "Diabelli" Variations:
